Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery options
- Standard delivery — 4–7 business days to most pin codes across India
- Express delivery — 2–4 business days where available
Shipping charges
Standard and express rates are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping applies on qualifying order values as displayed during checkout.
Tracking
Once shipped, tracking information is sent to your registered email. You can also view order status in your Cleargenix account.
Delays & undeliverable parcels
Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier constraints. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or refund as appropriate.
