Return window
Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene regulations, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in transit.

- Wrong product received
- Product damaged during shipping
- Manufacturing defect reported within 7 days
How to request a return
Email hello@cleargenix.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
